"I have been a loyal customer of Quintessence since the 1980’s. Mick treats and greets me like I am his best customer even though he knows I am only occasionally able to afford an incremental upgrade. He is an expert on equipment, whether he represents the brand or not and is happy to give his best recommendations and is passionate about helping customers turned their dreams into the best sounding system they can afford. I have visited many audio stores over many decades and I give Quintessence my highest recommendation. Shop there with confidence... and enjoy their warm and professional atomosphere."

They listen carefully to what you are interested in and provide multiple options. Mick takes the time to set up one of demo rooms for you and then puts you in control; With no time constraints or obligations. But when ready to buy, Mick’s personal commitment is unmatched. He and David work tirelessly to get me what I want and within my budget. I have visited the store on multiple occasions and am always greeted with a warm smile. I recently purchased Wilson speakers, a music streamer, cables and Roon Nucleus with subscription. I could not be happier! "
